These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the services provided through it. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Registration and Vetting Process
1.1 Application Submission
- Registration is supported for both Supplier and Client roles.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- A CAPTCHA is required for submission.
1.2 Vetting and Approval
Your application is subject to manual review and approval by our platform Administrator.
- Temporary Holding: Submitted data is held in a temporary table and is not automatically added to the main platform.
- Existing VAT Warning: If a registration is attempted using an existing VAT number, the user will be warned and asked to contact the Admin.
- Admin Data Merge: If the Admin manually uploads the data and the user already exists, a merge is only permitted if the existing Client/Supplier has no orders yet.
- Confirmation: A translated confirmation message will be shown only on the browser upon successful submission.
2. Website Content and Use
- Static Content: The Home, About Us, Contact Us, and Become a Vendor pages contain static content.
- News Page: This page is dynamic, supporting video, text, and images, and is subject to modification (Add, Update, Delete) by the Administrator. It may include an integrated social media feed (e.g., Facebook).
- Multilingual Support: All pages are provided in Italian, French, English, and German.
3. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of [Jurisdiction/Country where your company is based].
